Dealing with a "hard to work with" Actor Blog

In that situation, I would strongly remind the actor of his or her contractual obligations to follow my direction(s). If they continue, I would have legal council approach the individual and explain to them the consequences of their actions if such behavior continues.

    Well said Cal! "Contractual Obligations!" You could have also said "Respect my 'authoiri-tie'" Like Eric Cartman. Either way gets the point across and lets 'em know "who's boss."
